Job Requirements:

• BE/B-Tech/MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized university
• 3 to 5 years of total experience in Business Analysis.
• Must have excellent analytical skills to solve problems, issues, and design product functionality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills should be able to communicate effectively with development and business teams and external international clients.
• Conceptual and analytical thinking and solution decision-making skills. Demonstrated analytical skills with good understanding of information technology, business concepts and functions.
• Strong demonstrable problem-solving abilities. Team leader/player with strong organization and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to understand complex business requirements. Ability to be proactive, finding solutions to problems, meeting deadlines and good time management.

• Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word, Visual Basic, UML, XML.
• Knowledge of SoapUI & Postman would be an added plus.
• Prior experience working in the Shipping and Logistics domain in the capacity of a Business Analyst would be a plus.

Head – Application Support

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle all production incident management, diagnose/troubleshoot issues and provide workarounds including RCA (root cause analysis) and problem management needed to support business. Works with development teams, Infrastructure teams, delivery team, client management and business leaders to ensure critical incidents are resolved per SLA to meet business key Creates and establishes Customer relationship to improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Managing team of Subject Matter Experts/Senior SMEs effectively, responsible for handling service requests (cases) and providing product support for customer for their call planning
• Responsible for hiring experts, forming training plans, scheduling internal/external knowledge sharing sessions and working on team skill matrix which increases individual growth and team’s productivity and risk management

Roles And responsibility:

• The Technology head of Software Development will provide technical leadership, vision, direction, and mentoring for multiple software engineering teams. This individual will manage multiple teams which design, develop, and support applications and a Platform to meet business requirements. The Director of Software Development will deliver product and feature roadmaps and provide overall leadership and day to day management for multiple teams of software development professionals.
